Cancel a contract

Here you can cancel a contract that you concluded in our online shop – no login required. Required fields are marked with *.

You can cancel the Business licence (12 or 36 months) and the Personal licence (60 months) at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the respective term. Until then, your right of use and updates remain in place, and for the Business licence also support; there is no pro-rata refund. The right to extraordinary cancellation for good cause remains unaffected. We accept every cancellation and confirm its receipt.

Only needed if you cancel individual licences of an order, e.g. 1026101 (shown in the licence email).

Requested date At the earliest possible date (end of the term) On a specific date

Date (optional)

Without a date, the earliest possible date applies; an ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the term.
